Over Antonio
I am 23 year old italian classical pianist based in Amsterdam. I graduated with a Master degree from the Conservatory of Music “D. Cimarosa” in Avellino, Italy. I always found collaborating with other musicians for chamber music project as important as developing my solo piano skills. I played in important musical events as “Teatro di San Carlo” in Naples or the KOHA festival in Amsterdam playing with the Concertgebouw Chamber orchestra.
I am now digging more in classical repertoire as much as in the new music repertoire studying at Conservatorium van Amsterdam and in the Davidsbundler academy in Den Haag.
My education has been focused on understanding deeply classical music and all concerning the studying of piano. I also have been studying pedagogy and methods for some time to get ready to teach!
I have already 5 years of experience teaching in different musical contexts and I like adapting my method to the needs and the goals of my students. I truly believe in an healthy way of studying music and on its benefits during the daily life!

Since I was studying in Italy I always been interested in the learning process of people with music and arts in general. How this can change your way of thinking day by day, bringing you to a more open and wide prospective. All of this can definitely help you in understanding different life situations which apparently seem to be completely far from the art in itself. I think children especially, with their natural and spontaneous approach to things, can really deeply get the essence of the musical language. I wish for myself to have the opportunity of teaching so that I can share my experience throughout the music with younger and older people.
The lessons have the goal of making you able to achieve your musical goals with the piano. Giving you the opportunity to approach to all the composers of the classical world and of the modern one. The duration of every lesson is 1 hour and the frequency can be also more then once per week.
Children, teenager, young and adult are welcome!
Making music is going to be fun and helpful for the development of yourself!

Perfect! Antonio is an amazing teacher! He is extremely knowledgeable and a talented musician. He guides you through your learning journey with lots of patience and kindness and provides you with the right tools to approach every difficulty, adapting his methods to your needs and goals. He is also very friendly and super fun to work with.

Hi! I wanted to study a bit more of the piano because I gave up as a child. Antonio is super patient and helpful AND we have so much fun! I would definitely recommend Antonio as a teacher.
Antonio is een hele fijne pianoleraar. Ik voel me comfortabel bij hem, hij geeft mij de ruimte om mijn eigen muzieksmaak te kiezen. Bovendien is hij flexibel met afspraken dus het is makkelijk om een tijdstip te kiezen met hem ook als je een druk leven hebt! Aanrader.
